Dr. Felisha A. Sharma is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She holds a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (Psy.D.) from City, University of London, and has worked across both clinical and community settings, including providing trauma-informed care for women impacted by domestic violence.
Dr. Sharma’s therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience.
In addition to individual therapy, Dr. Sharma has experience conducting psychological assessments, facilitating group therapy, and supporting return-to-work programs. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and those navigating post-traumatic stress.
