Dr. Felisha A. Sharma is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She holds a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (Psy.D.) from City, University of London, and has worked across both clinical and community settings, including providing trauma-informed care for women impacted by domestic violence.


Dr. Sharma’s therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based practices to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience.


In addition to individual therapy, Dr. Sharma has experience conducting psychological assessments, facilitating group therapy, and supporting return-to-work programs. She is particularly passionate about working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and those navigating post-traumatic stress.


Dr. Sharma currently offers In-person and virtual psychotherapy services across Ontario, providing accessible, high-quality care wherever clients are located.

Services

Individual Therapy – Providing support for anxiety management, depression support, stress management, and emotional regulation. 


Trauma-Focused Therapy – Utilizing CBT, somatic therapies, and mind–body approaches for effective trauma recovery through trauma-focused therapy. 


Mind–Body Integration – Employing techniques that incorporate breath-work, somatic awareness, and body-focused strategies to improve therapy outcomes. 


Offering virtual and in-person psychotherapy services.

Mental Health Concerns We Support

Dr. Sharma provides therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, with a particular focus on anxiety-related difficulties such as social phobia, panic disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. She uses evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support individuals managing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and offers trauma-focused therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).


Dr. Sharma also works with individuals navigating personality-related challenges, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, and interpersonal difficulties. For added accessibility and convenience, she offers virtual psychotherapy services.
