I believe meaningful healing happens when people feel truly supported and understood, with care that's tailored to who they are rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

My work as a psychologist is collaborative, evidence-based, and grounded in genuine connection.

I primarily support adults working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, including those navigating post-traumatic stress. Together, we work to understand what's driving the distress and build the skills and insight needed to move through it.

My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and mindfulness-based practices, combined in a way that's tailored to each client rather than following a fixed protocol. Beyond individual therapy, my background includes psychological assessments, group therapy, and return-to-work support, and I bring that same integrative lens to all of it. My goal is to help clients build emotional regulation, deepen self-understanding, and develop lasting resilience.

Whether you're managing anxiety or depression, working through trauma, or navigating a difficult life transition, I'm glad to offer accessible, high-quality care — in person or virtually, wherever you're located in Ontario.

I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. My approach to psychotherapy is warm, authentic, and compassionate, creating a space where clients can show up exactly as they are — without judgment or pressure.

I work primarily with young adults and adults navigating life's transitions, including career changes, shifts in family dynamics, relationship and marital challenges, and health-related concerns. Together, we explore the experiences, patterns, and emotions that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself.

Drawing from a holistic perspective, I support the whole person — mind, body, and soul. I believe that meaningful change occurs when we not only address symptoms but also nurture deeper self-understanding, self-compassion, and connection. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner strengths, cultivate resilience, and create a life that feels more aligned with their values and authentic selves.

Whether you are facing a difficult transition, seeking greater balance, or longing to rediscover who you are beneath the demands of everyday life, I am honoured to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
