Clinical Psychologist (Pediatric/Adult)


Mind Toronto Psychology Clinic — Virtual, with an in-person location coming soon to The Beaches, Toronto, ON


Mind Toronto Psychology Clinic is a growing practice that provides assessment and treatment services that are client-centred, evidence-based, and outcome-oriented. We currently operate virtually, with an in-person location in the Beaches area of Toronto opening soon.

Our growing practice requires a Clinical Psychologist who practices with pediatrics and/or adults


The Psychologist will be responsible for:

•  Clinical interviewing

•  Interpretation of psychometric measures

•  Provision of diagnosis and feedback

•  Provision of treatment recommendations and/or rehabilitation

•  Provision of treatment using a range of modalities (i.e., interpersonal, CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)

•  Documentation (i.e., clinical record)

•  Monitoring treatment efficacy and the provision of timely updates

•  Maintenance of accurate caseload statistics

•  Participation in quality management and practice evaluation activities


Mind Toronto Psychology Clinic offers:

Minimum Qualifications:

•  Ph.D. or M.A. in Psychology from an accredited university

•  Current certificate of registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, or under/eligible for supervised practice in Clinical Psychology

•  Experience in psychological assessment and treatment in accordance with current evidence-based best practices

•  Demonstrated adherence to professional practice standards

•  Commitment to continuing education

•  Excellent organization and time management skills

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•  Ability to work both independently and as a team player

Registered Psychotherapist

Mind Toronto Psychology Clinic is a growing practice that provides assessment and treatment services that are client-centred, evidence-based, and outcome-oriented. We currently operate virtually, with an in-person location in the Beaches area of Toronto opening soon.


Our growing practice is seeking a Registered Psychotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing counselling and psychotherapy services to a diverse client population.


The Registered Psychotherapist will be responsible for:

•  Conducting clinical intake interviews and ongoing client assessment

•  Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and, where appropriate, other members of the care team

•  Providing individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, solution-focused therapy)

•  Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress notes

•  Monitoring treatment progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

•  Maintaining accurate caseload statistics

•  Participating in case consultation, supervision, and quality management activities

•  Liaising with referral sources and other health care providers as required

Minimum Qualifications:

•  Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Psychotherapy, Social Work, or a related field

•  Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)

•  Experience providing psychotherapy to pediatric and/or adult populations

•  Demonstrated adherence to professional practice standards and ethical guidelines

•  Commitment to continuing education and evidence-based practice

•  Excellent organizational and time management skills

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•  Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Administrative Staff


Mind Toronto Psychology Clinic — Virtual, with an in-person location coming soon to The Beaches, Toronto, ON


Mind Toronto Psychology Clinic is a growing practice that provides assessment and treatment services that are client-centred, evidence-based, and outcome-oriented. We currently operate virtually, with an in-person location in the Beaches area of Toronto opening soon.


We are looking for an organized and client-focused Administrative Staff member to support the day-to-day operations of our practice, including intake, scheduling, and clinician support. 

This role is currently remote/virtual, with the option of transitioning to in-person work once our Beaches location opens.


The Administrative Staff member will be responsible for:

•  Responding to phone, email, and virtual client inquiries in a professional and welcoming manner

•  Scheduling and coordinating client appointments across multiple clinicians

•  Completing client intake, including collection of referral and insurance/billing information

•  Processing billing, invoicing, and payment collection

•  Maintaining accurate and confidential client files and records in accordance with privacy legislation

•  Supporting clinicians with file preparation, correspondence, and report distribution

•  Assisting with the setup and coordination of the upcoming in-person Beaches location

•  Assisting with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

•  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•  Discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential client information

•  Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
